About Steven Marlow

Steve is a CPA with a Master’s in Accounting, Concentration in Taxation. After beginning his career in KPMG’s Tax Department, Steve became the Tax Compliance Director for a major life insurance company. In that position, he helped create products designed specifically for the business marketplace and helped to resolve technical issues related to existing COLI/BOLI /ICOLI and non-qualified benefit programs. Subsequently, Steve became a Consulting Principal with Clark-Bardes Consulting, which later became Clark Consulting. At Clark, Steve was one of eight members of the National Accounts Team, a group of experienced consultants who were required to be involved with any transaction with a premium of $10 million or more in order to ensure the institution’s decision-maker(s) had the proper understanding, appropriate design, and correct implementation of their program. In 2007, Steve integrated his practice with the highly respected financial consulting firm, BCC. Steve has been providing consulting services to businesses of all sizes for more than 30 years.
