I'm Founder and Chairman at Resources Group, a leading Global Talent agency for Research, Data & Marketing Strategy with offices in London and Sydney. I'm very much “hands on” in the business as go-to for all matters operational, financial and strategic. I started out at Deloittes in the City then moved into recruitment in the early years of my career and have stayed there ever since. For me the biggest thrill is when a candidate becomes a client, because that means we’ve done everything right as recruiters: helped a career and a business to grow in a way that brings them back to us.
