About Steven Maxton

I am a seasoned professional with a career-long record of team leadership, quality assurance, and program management experience in the Air Force and construction industry. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for overseeing and coordinating a wide range of key projects and programs, as well as for providing supervision and leadership to cross-functional teams and for operating with a strong focus on maintaining quality across all operations. Professional focal points include relationship management, team leadership and collaboration, staff training and development, construction, risk management, regulatory compliance, process improvement, standardization, operations coordination, and project management. Delivering superior performance on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to support efficiency and maximum success. Colleagues describe me as a driven, precise, down-to-earth, dynamic, analytical, and managerial expert who can be relied on to offer superior solutions and operations that deliver profitable results on time and under budget.
