I have served as a Manufacturing and Process engineer at a start-up facility for Radienz Living. This position has required me to continually adapt to changing conditions while also serving multiple functions including, Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager, and Team Leader. As a Subject Matter Expert, I regularly provide support and guidance to operations leadership and personnel. I provide production support through hands-on equipment troubleshooting and training, and guidance to the maintenance team by assisting with root cause analysis for equipment or process failure, to minimize downtime.As a Project Manager, I am required to manage production line installation, testing, and validation as lines are continuously being installed. This requires me to regularly communicate and interface with third-party contractors who handle equipment installation. After installation, I then test the equipment for functionality and mechanical soundness and validate for quality control using statistical process control methods.As a Team Leader within the plant, I lead projects and assist with providing direction to multiple departments. These projects include leading a team through Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve organization and efficiency on the production lines. I assist multiple departments to strategize training opportunities, prioritize maintenance tasks, and implement process improvement projects.
