The experiences gained while prospecting, hunting, delivering proof of concepts, developing partner capability, scaling through partners, constructing deals, negotiating, and relationship building were all leveraged in Steven’s next role. This success led to Steven being promoted to Sr. Sales Manager where he helped lead, build and define business strategy for a high performing team of Cloud application development specialists covering Enterprise accounts in the US. During this time Steven gained experience designing and executing application modernization sales strategies and plays, partner development and joint sales with SI’s and ISV partners, and developing strategies to drive consumption with under-penetrated Azure customers. Steven truly enjoys helping customers be more productive, utilizing tools and processes to be more successful, and continue to look for ways for companies to use technology to innovate.
