About Steven Mlakar

I have worked in multiple trades with the majority of my time spent in structural concrete. My experience has been in multiple levels of service in the field, from laborer, on up to foreman. My experience also includes time on the administrative side of projects, with a knowledge of job estimating, project costs, and project timelines. My experience allows me to step into projects with confidence, and a general understanding of operations. Along with what I have already experienced in passed projects and work duties, I am confident in my ability to learn new material quickly and perform efficiently. Regardless of whether I have come across a specific type of work, project, or challenge in my past experience or not, I will deliver. My ability to adapt, understand, and learn in various demands on the job, allows me to perform, even when faced with new demands that I have not encountered previously. I take pride in all the work I do, regardless of size, importance, or other surrounding factors. I can take orders, and deliver the desired results whenever needed, and without hassle. When there is a need for leadership, I am able to take charge of that role, provide clear direction to others, plan for what is to come, trouble shoot, and see the job through to completion. I enjoy working through the assignments of my job and being able to consistently deliver quality results every step of the way.
