About Steven Monchy

After a varied career within different business areas and within different roles I was able to begin in HR in the beginning of 2020. I realized that HR is the sector in which my real passion lies. My previous business experiences have always been of great added value to this day. Actually I am a process manager and a talent and organization expert at CM, a leading health insurance provider in Belgium. My mission is to design, implement, manage, and continuously improve the HR processes that support the development and well-being of the employees and the organization. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering collaboration and innovation, and aligning the HR strategy with the business goals and values. As the process manager of HR, talent and organization, I work closely with the HR business partners, recruiters, and other HR and organizational specialists to deliver high-quality services and solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and career development, internal mobility, strategic workforce planning, resource planning, and knowledge management. I leverage my management consulting skills, presentation skills, and organizational development knowledge to analyze, optimize, and communicate the HR processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. I also contribute to the internal communication, organizational support, change management, and business process management initiatives within the HR department and across the organization.
