I pursue a career in Manufacturing and my resume will reflect that, howver I am also a certified personal trainer and owner of Khalons Personal Training. Khalons (meaning strong warrior) Personal Training I am a fitness trainer with over 10 years of combined experience helping people achieve weight loss and build lean muscle. My thing is Body Building with Nutritional Mentorship. I serve professionals that value their health and need help prioritizing a fitness plan into their daily routine with a mentor available to guide them to the process. It matters to me what people believe about themselves and say about themselves. My approach is that I seek first to understand you as an individual so that I don't fit you in a box or a group. I am constantly learning and improving my skill. Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • Strong understanding of the Resistance Training System, Integrated Core Training, Cardio, Calisthenics, Posture, and Proper Form • Create Group Class Preparations using Circuit-Training Systems • Work with Individuals on training regiments that can include: Muscular Endurance, Muscular Hypertrophy Strength or Power through the use of Drop Sets Split-Routine System Supersets • Army Boot Camp Readiness – work with individuals on pre-boot camp fitness.(3-6 mo. program) • Class completion for Mental Toughness
