To date Gatsheni Advisory has advised on the following transactions and projects: • As project lead, successfully carried out the Compliance Maturity Assessment of the SASRIA SOC Compliance Function; • As project lead, successfully executed the Compliance Maturity Assessment into the Airport Company of South Africa's (ACSA) Compliance Function; • As project lead, successfully conducted POPIA personal information impact assessments for City of Johannesburg - Human Settlements (11 Directorates); • Successfully executed the POPIA compliance services mandate for MICT SETA. The key activities were the POPIA personal information impact assessments (9 Departments) and the POPIA training and awareness; • Constructed an 'AI fundamentals' stock portfolio within a private investor's fund (average gain 25% in 2024); • Advising on the regulatory compliance aspects to the Central Energy Fund's proposed acquisition of a 10% stake in Tetra4 (Pty) Ltd (a subsidiary of the JSE Listed Renergen Limited); • Lead regulatory compliance adviser to the Government Employee Pension Fund; currently advising the Investment Unit on all Financial Services laws and related laws; • Advised the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) on POPIA compliance and implementation. Conducted POPIA training and awareness for the entire organization; • Lead legal and regulatory compliance professional to the KZN Growth Fund, in connection with a variety of commercial due-diligences. • Appointed as project lead - Dube Trade Port Corporation: Implementation and Compliance with POPIA, 2013 and the Regulations thereto; • Appointed by the Board of a Schedule 3A PFMA public entity to advise on and assist with the implementation of POPIA; • Advised the Gauteng Industrial Development Zone on the South African Regulatory landscape. This was pursuant to the development of the O.R Tambo Precinct 2; • Appointed by SANSA (South African National Space Agency) to conduct a Compliance Gap Analysis and present findings and recommendations to SANSA EXCO; • Appointed by inseta (insurance sector training authority) to conduct an Independent Compliance Review; • Appointed by the City of Johannesburg to conduct an Independent Compliance Review; • Appointed by Hollywood Sportsbook Holdings to advise on various aspects of POPIA, 2013 and the Regulations, 2018;
