Client and Project integrity are also treated with the same energy and consistency and a never let-up pro-active "watch"​ as Leadership. I find teams and individuals return respect when given respect. Very Important and unique - My ability to take team members from the City Building Officials/ Ownership and Owner Representation, field team, Main Office Team, and operations, to start difficult projects often in adverse conditions in diverse human conditions, and lead them to successful completion. Where initially, they may see as intimidating or near impossible, to perform beyond their personal expectations and rise to the challenge. This can only happen with consistent display of knowledge, the ability to solve any issue without negative energy with a consistent example of confidence with a dash of humility, and calm, positive example. My vast, diverse experience is what fuels this. I have been fortunate over the last 20+ years to build in over 30 states including Island locations. Multi locations, people, sites, cities, cultures have allowed me to not only grow and advance, but also expand my ability to Manage and Lead. This includes the many accomplishments but also the failures. I am more well rounded with every new start, and I look forward to every opportunity. As times change so do Objectives.however, with me, it is actually quite simple. Where before (honestly when I was a very young man), my objectives were to become a member of a strong national team. Today, I'm focused on Leading the team, growing with wisdom and consistency, and helping others grow and succeed and accomplish both personally and professionally. I measure my success in the success of the people around me.
