About Steven Norlock

As a Product Manager at SENSIT Technologies, I develop environmental and gas leak detection solutions that help safeguard lives, reduce emissions, and support regulatory compliance. I lead the end-to-end product process for innovative sensing technologies—from early market research and roadmap development to cross-functional collaboration with engineering, software, production, and sales teams. My work focuses on creating data-driven products that monitor air quality and detect methane and VOC emissions in real time, serving industries that range from utilities and oil & gas to emergency response and environmental compliance. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to deliver measurable impact in both public safety and environmental health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University, and I recently completed the Professional Certificate in Product Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. I also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University. With a foundation in engineering, leadership, and strategic thinking, I bring a hands-on, cross-disciplinary approach to building impactful products. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, building things from scratch, and staying immersed in emerging technology and product innovation.
