Over my 30+ year career I have strived to build a reputation of honesty and integrity. I am passionate about my agricultural roots, and since me leaving my family business in 2013 I have hoped to get back to a point where I could be involved with the industry I love so much. In my new role as an Aflac Small Business Advisor, I get to help the small buiness owners I've made freinds with over the years. Fortunately, I also have the ability to help a segment I think gets overlooked a lot, small farms. I wish an Aflac agent had walked in my door when I owned Manchester or Lakeside. My job is to educate. I have approached a lot of smart people about Aflac that were completetly off base about what The Duck has to offer. If you have 3 employees that work 19 hours or more, W2 or 1099, I can potentially help offer affordable benefits at little to no cost to the buiness. Along with that comes several choices of complimentary value-added services the business has to chose from for the employees and business. This is Aflac's thank you for offering our policies to the business's employees. It does not matter if you offer any other benefits. It does not matter if your employees have MM. Several of our policies start less than $4 per week and can pay thosands, again, directly to the policy holders. Our policies include Cancer, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital, Short Term Disability, Whole, Term, and Juvenile Life, and as of this year, a true network Dental/Vision.
