Steven’s professional experience includes a wide range of topics, including simple start-up to multi-national organizational structures, complex financial instruments, and business reorganizations. He works with businesses in his local market, as well as companies in several states across the country. Steven’s experience includes ensuring compliance with Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. He has also assisted clients with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and private placements of equity. Steven is active in the firm’s quality control function and learning and development function. Steven develops and teaches industry specific training at both the local and national levels for BDO.
