Steven possesses both the technical and interpersonal skills required of a successful Project Director. His leadership during the various phases of projects, make him well qualified to bring forward unique solutions when they can best be utilized to produce cost and schedule savings. He is responsible for providing proactive leadership to his team members on project operations, promoting and supporting jobsite safety, anticipating problems, while effectively communicating with all stakeholders and project team members. He has a diverse background in project management, construction and design. He is an experienced leader with strong operational, organizational and communications skills to procure successful project deliverables. Proficient in Design Bid Build (DBB), Design Build (DB), Lease/Leaseback (GMP), Multi-Prime and CM at Risk delivery methods, he specializes on large scale K-12, higher education and public works projects. His daily responsibilities include directing and overseeing team members on operational activities, budget/change management and adherence of contractual obligations with an emphasis on long term strategic planning. Establishes the structures and procedures for staff and personnel in the implementation of pre-construction activities.
