I'm a civil engineer with a strategic mindset who likes to help individuals and organizations that want to build an equitable and regenerative world where people can thrive in a prosperous way. I like to do this by working on a strategic level on the interface of policy, management and engineering and like to help others to navigate through the journey linked to the development of an idea, organization or strategy always striving for the highest standard and the best balance between economical, social, ecological and technical aspects. I do this by looking at the challenges with an open mind and analytical view. It’s in my DNA to look at complex problems with the systemic view of an engineer who is also conscious of the human facets and uncertainties that are inherent to every complex system. My initial interests and educational background have organically brought me to working in the built environment but my inner drive for innovation and improvement has led me to working on personal and organizational development too. I like to focus most on strategic transformation and generating a positive environmental and social impact. I see myself as a fellow traveler to make sense of the world that is in constant flux and help individuals and organizations grow in this context. Helping to make sense of complex problems or helping to shape a transition fascinates me. Working together with like-minded people to set out a sustainable direction and shaping a company's societal contribution motivates me. I do this by acquiring and sharing new knowledge, starting a dialogue, co-creating a vision and installing a structured approach into the decision-taking process linked to a desired transition, planned development or investment. Next to my focus on collaboration, I strive for long-term sustainable change.
