About Steven Parma

As a Marketing Project Manager with Frost & Sullivan, I successfully led the creation and overhaul of seven new and existing products with senior management as my executive sponsor. In addition, I mentored other project managers on PMP best practices, controlled timelines, managed deliverables, reported client ROI, and completed end-to-end marketing. I also delivered a 93% positive feedback score from clients across various industries. As a Project Coordinator for Austin Achieve Public Schools, I assisted in defining project scope and objectives, conducted in-field research, and organized professional development sessions. In my previous roles as a Teacher Lead and Grade Mentor, Army Officer, and Quantitative Data Assistant, I oversaw growth, led projects, and analyzed data to predict and determine possible solutions. Going forward, I'm excited to bring my experience in project management, product marketing, and stakeholder management to new opportunities. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and practicing yoga.
