About Steven Pascual

In a stringent environment I could choose to define myself by the characteristics and professional expertise that I embody. An inquisitive, detail-oriented, and motivated professional with industry knowledge of Not-for-Profit and Governmental Accounting; An individual who approaches engagements with skepticism while bearing in mind the importance of time-management; An employee who takes strides to team-build so that firm goals can be attained. Albeit true, these statements do not speak to the purpose that I believe drives me to continue on this career path. This purpose, formerly unbeknownst to me, has stemmed through years of employment within the Hospitality & Tourism field. Those years, experiences, moments if you will, accumulated and nurtured a burning desire to help others, to provide value through goods and services, and to make lasting impressions. It is within thousands of those social interactions that I have come to find a purpose that I use in an entirely different line of work. So yes, I can be defined by work experience, and by my Bachelors of Science in Business Studies with a Concentration in Accounting, or by my obsession to continuously advance my Excel capabilities. Yet my true defining characteristic is the purpose I maintain professionally, the innate ability to develop and strengthen client relations, and the willingness to provide value to all engagements. Because the underlying factor that separates a firm from a great firm, are the relationships that their clients trust could not be better elsewhere.
