I'm a highly experienced and results-driven People Leader with extensive operational experience, managing and reporting on performance indicators within complex regulated environments. I've held leadership roles for more than 10 years, leading both existing teams and building teams from conception and managing transformational change programs across teams. A passion for bringing individual skills, capabilities and personalities together to achieve a desired goal through a shared vision and purpose and bridging competency gaps. I also have extensive experience in the implementation of performance improvement strategies and am able analyse data and trends across customer, people and service. My experience in negotiating business processes with various stakeholders, including internal teams, has spanned over most of my career and the knowledge I've gained as a result of this experience has led to many positive direct financial outcomes.
