Hard-working professional who will always go the extra mile to help my clients. My current role of Customer Services Manager for the APAC region for Real Asset Management involves overseeing the Support & Implementation Teams, whilst project managing and implementing large projects within the region. Real Asset Management is a market leading software company who provide IFRS compliant Fixed Asset Accounting, asset Tracking, intermodal and maintenance management software to both the public and private sector. Real Asset Management is an MRI Software CompanyStarting as a Junior Implementation Consultant with the UK arm of the business in 2011, my day-to-day tasks involved software implementation, providing technical support providing pre-sales support alongside project management. I have also been the sole developer of an internally used Business Intelligence System. I was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2015 where I became involved in managing and implementing larger projects not only in the UK but also Internationally. This led to an opportunity to lead and grow the APAC branch of the team where I have overseen the number of live clients in the region grow from 40 to over 100.In total, I have led over 300 client in a variety of market sectors to a successful project implementation worldwideI am an ambitious and dedicated individual in both my professional and personal life. As a result, I have been an active member of Ripcor cycling club since 2012, helping them to raise over for our chosen charity, The PACE Centre. This has been achieved through the organising and hosting of a number of different events and completing numerous cycling challenges around the UK and Europe.
