About Steven Pyzik

Building strong communities and creating spaces where people have equal opportunity and access to crucial resources have been at the core of my career. With over five years of experience in real estate finance, I have had the chance to work on impactful projects throughout the Midwest and East Coast. My main areas of focus have been in leveraging federal tax credit programs (low-income, new markets) and public-private partnerships to spark development in historically underserved areas. I take significant pride in knowing that these pieces of real estate will make a difference in someone's life. Currently, I call Chicago home, but I have also made stops in the Boston and Detroit areas.Outside of work, I spent a large portion of my post-undergraduate time concurrently training to make the United States Olympic team in rowing. Even though I would eventually fall short of that goal, I was able to progress from someone who didn't pick up an oar until college to rowing with the US national team group in a span of six years. If you would like to connect or chat, please feel free to reach out directly: spyzik11@gmail.com
