About Steven Radcliff

I am a highly motivated, disciplined individual looking to build my accounting career. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. After graduating, I served in the United States Marine Corps as both a finance technician and combat marksmanship coach. After my honorable discharge, I worked as a Medi-Cal auditor for the State of California where I conducted audits of both Long-term Care Facilities and Acute Hospitals. I am currently completing my Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University. I will be graduating in May of 2023. I have lead teams up to 18 members strong and have spent many years working in fast-paced environments in which attention to detail, time management, critical thinking, the ability to work individually and as part of a team, and possessing the right written and verbal communication skills, were necessary to accomplish the task at hand. As part of the MBA program, I was a part of the founding members of the Management Consulting Club where I served as Treasurer. Through my Capstone project, I also participated in a consulting project with a major defense firm where our findings were incorporated in their plans to bring their product to market.
