About Steven Rolston

I have had the privilege of working for a Fortune 500 company in the construction industry for more than 20 years. This extensive experience has allowed me to develop expertise in various areas such as Project Management, Contract Management, System Design, and, notably, team management. Throughout this period, I have had the opportunity to work on remarkable projects such as Wembley Stadium, Arsenal Stadium, London Underground, Gatwick Airport, and more. Through these experiences, I have come to understand the importance of building trust with both my team and clients. This involves adopting a practical approach, promptly addressing issues to prevent chaos, and genuinely listening to the perspectives of others. I strongly believe that a company's most valuable asset for achieving great success is a cohesive team that is proactive, supportive, and works harmoniously by recognising and fulfilling each individual's role and responsibilities. As a leader, my responsibilities include establishing a strong foundation, taking ownership of difficult decisions, advocating for my team, and ensuring successful outcomes.
