With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and project management, I am the Director of CRM & Email Marketing at Ellen Digital Ventures (EDV), a leading media and entertainment company that produces and distributes content across multiple platforms. At EDV, I lead a team of marketers and developers to deliver engaging and personalized content to millions of fans across multiple channels, including email, SMS, web, and social media. I am responsible for creating and executing CRM lifecycle marketing strategies, managing and integrating MarTech platforms and tools, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance, and driving growth and loyalty for EDV's brands and partners. I have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM, MarTech, content, and online marketing, having worked as a Creative Director, a Senior Producer, and a Freelance Consultant for various clients and projects in the entertainment, e-commerce, and media industries. I have a passion for creating impactful and data-driven campaigns that leverage audience segmentation, targeting, remarketing, analytics, and creative direction. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Boston College, and I have skills in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, and more.
