Currently employed as a National Technical Trainer delivering machine specific courses to both internal and external customers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Covering machines from utility, through to construction class equipment along with Mining machines WA1200 3/6 and PC 1250 -6. In addition, RTO training of internal and customer apprentices on Mobile plant and equipment as per the National Training qualification requirements. This covers years 1 - 4 of the apprenticeship. Prior to this, I have worked in other training and workshop management roles and have gained extensive experience across the mining and construction sectors on a global scale. I am confident in leading, training, assessing and coordinating teams of personnel in line with all regulatory standards and procedures. Throughout my career, I have achieved substantial increases in availability of plant along with reduction of costs and labour due to diligent work methods and high-performing teams. I posses over 30 years working experience and pride myself on my pro-active approach towards all my roles throughout the globe.
