About Steven Sexton

Steven has been in ministry for over twenty years and can easily be described as purposeful, passionate, and fun. He has served as camp director, youth, family, and worship pastor, written two books, and pioneered Be the One Ministries. As the President of Be the One Ministries he has travelled extensively training, consulting, and encouraging other leaders. He continues to speak at conferences and host outreach teams. His love for the Body of Christ has spurred the desire to plant a church in Rogers, AR, called The House. He is married to the love of his life and has four children. Core Competencies-Passion Steven has a passion to mentor and build leaders. He believes every person can make a lasting change in their environment-Vision Steven is able to produce a productive atmosphere through realistic expectations. He is a leader that can see the road a head and is well equipped in strategic planning-Growth -One of Steven favorite quotes is from Abrahiam Lincoln. It says "I don't think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday." Growth for leaders is not optional. In the every area of life from faith to family growth is a core principle in Steven life-Communication Steven has a unique style of communicating and can easily relate and build strong relationships with any type of audience.
