With more than 15 years in different sales operations roles in global financial services software companies, I have end to end implementation experience in supporting and driving excellence by providing data and analysis to the business community and acting as a bridge to the IT team for the technical requirements. • Champion the adoption of Salesforce.com (SFDC) across all functions in Asia Pacific.• Champion the use of standardized reports and dashboards for real time data driven analysis and insights across the company globally.• Drive accurate sales forecasting and pipeline generation to ensure coverage by conducting regular cadences with sales team and sales managers.• Provide visibility of sales forecast and pipeline to other functional groups like marketing, finance, legal, inside sales, professional services as their contribution is critical to the success of the sales team.• Use SFDC to predict outcome of sales performance so that we can take early corrective actions to mitigate risks and failures.• Work with management on annual allocation of quotas and territories.• Provide training on SFDC and sales process training to all users.• Work closely with Asia Pacific key stakeholders to define requirements for new enhancements and improvements to existing process e.g. page layout changes, workflow rules, email notifications, approval rules, new business processes.• Participate in the development, testing, implementation and support of new enhancements with global counterparts and IT team.• Support the Quarterly Business Reviews with relevant data, analysis, insights and recommendations
