As a principal of an ECM consulting company I’ve witnessed good and bad software implementation. I work hand in hand, from scope to support, with companies such as hospitals and food distributors to implement new solutions into their environment. I understand the complexities and protocols that are part of changing a business process. I deliver solutions to clients that are intuitive, elegant, and simple to use while keeping the return on investment and user adaptation fast allowing them to hit the ground running.
