In my role as an Operations / Warehouse Manager, I have experience in management and leadership with recognized strengths in personnel development, budgeting, bids and proposals, problem-solving, and planning. My focus has been to nurture a continuous improvement environment rooted in common sense, good data, and fun. I have excellent working knowledge with Oracle, Microsoft Office, Google Cloud, RF Hand Scanners, and other barcode technology. I am a Fork Lift Certified Trainer. I have previous experience as a member of the Health and Safety Team, the Diversity and Inclusion Team, and the Emergency Response Team (First Aid, CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association). Some key achievements: ·Streamlined workflow, improving quality 50% over prior year by creating and documenting procedures, processes, work instructions, and training checklists for warehouse operations facility. ·Collaborated on development of Quality Management System and Operations Quality Manual for successful ISO 9001:2008 Certification (July 2013).
