My goal is to see software and product development organizations reach their true potential to deliver results radically faster, better and smarter. With that goal, I use principles from Lean, Agile, Lean Start-up, DevOps, etc. to help organizations identify value for their customers and help them see how to deliver that value quickly and efficiently. I am a Lean and Agile Coach experienced with facilitating Lean and Agile transformations in large organizations. I am experienced in all phases of the software development life-cycle. I work with program and team leadership to help them to learn, understand and embody Lean principles. I work with organizational leaders, managers, business and technology stakeholders as well as with cross-functional teams to establish work environments where collaboration blossoms and productivity and results sharply rise. I am an experienced trainer, workshop facilitator and hands-on coach. I thrive when I can help leaders, organizations and teams achieve their best potential. I am a systems oriented coach focused on real change at the organizational level in addition to team level changes. I have worked with large organizations implementing lean and agile transformations. My pragmatic approach focuses on the Lean and Agile principles and helps your organization put those into practice in a practical way.
