As a Security Access Specialist and Security Systems Project Manager at PeaceHealth Northwest Network I have over 25 years of experience in physical access controls and security surveillance system operations and management including new construction projects and remodel projects. I am CPR certified and hold Basic Officer Certification from IAHSS. I am trained in disaster response and emergency services. I previously been Train the Trainer Certified in Workplace Violence Prevention in both "Management of Aggressive Behavior" and "Crisis Prevention Institute" programs. I am passionate about ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors, as well as protecting the assets and information of the organization. I have a diverse background in the security industry, with previous roles as a Security Watch Commander and a Security Officer at PeaceHealth. I have proven leadership skills and a track record of delivering superior results in high stress environments. I have also developed strong and effective relationships with Vendors and Clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders. I am skilled and experienced in healthcare systems administration and coordination, and I have a keen interest in patient care and quality improvement.
