About Steven Viger

I'm obsessed with helping companies and organizations make better decisions and policy via the use of measurement science and quantitative analytical methods. My background is balanced in terms of time spent in K-12, Higher Education, Certification, and professional credentialing spaces. I have expertise in all phases of the assessment process: development, scaling, scoring, reporting, usage, and policy. Some of the hats I've worn include but are not limited to: Senior Psychometrician, Test Development Director, Accountability Director, Director of Psychometrics, Director of Assessment, Senior Educational Research, and Policy Consultant. Additionally, I've been teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in Data Analytics, Psychometrics, Statistics, and Psychology for well over a decade. Teaching is energizing to me and allows me to give back and stoke the interest in the next generation.
