About Steven Wallen

I have deep experience in international team management, content creation, documentation, translation, video creation, and internal/external learning. I have done this in Tekion, a unicorn hyper-growth company where needs and challenges are constantly changing. Tekion was founded by two former TESLA leaders (CIO and VP of IT) it operates on a start-up culture of fast reaction and growth. I have had to create teams, processes, and cultures from the ground up. I make sure my teams are taken care of and in return, they take care of the company. I like teaching people in the fields of technology and business. I have a very analytical mind that likes to figure out the way things work. I love designing and managing training for large organizations. I also teach economics as an adjunct professor because I love teaching and designing online courses. Where students have what they need to learn. I have won awards for my online classes where only 3 out of 200 got it due to how well-built the course was even with it being a rigorous subject like economics. As a passion, I really like board games and I have a small board game company I run called Smore Board Games. As such I have had to work with internal manufacturing, customs, and logistics to get the game here.
