About Steven Wang

I'm a serial project starter, writer, investor, aspiring unicorn founder and "-" business creative currently specialised in UX/UI who has worked with a variety of enterprise and consumer brands such as Shaver Shop, Australia Post, Mondelēz International, Ashgrove Tasmanian Farm, Seiko, Grand Seiko, Swinburne University, Design Factory Melbourne, Asgardia, Telstra, Austrade, AusNet, and the Australian Football League. to deliver innovation, new value propositions and experiences for customer and business.~ What gets me excited is thinking about what the future could look like, experimenting with exponential technologies such as artificial intelligence/blockchain/Web3, helping the next generation of professionals transition to industry in their early career, and ideating businesses that communicate my vision to the market and the world. A passion of mine is paying forward the teachings from all my incredible mentors to the people around me through coaching and public speaking. Another hobby of mine is martial arts and practicing Wing Chun in a government accredited school by the Shaolin Jee Shin Wing Chun Association.~ Once upon a time, I wanted to be a geologist, and an astronaut, then a games developer.(not in that order) I had no idea where I would be. Now I am helping design user experiences and solutions for customers and business to solve some of the biggest and complex problems in many different industries, and this is only the beginning of my journey towards making great impact in the world.~ The way I have lived my life is being obsessed with cause-and-effect, that the actions I take will have a reaction that produces an outcome. I believe this awareness and mental model is what has helped me in exploring radical ideas and trying to bring that back to apply in reality.
