About Steven Warren

Since April 2005, I have worked as a Butcher, where I have strived to achieve success and develop myself. Throughout my time as a butcher I have taken on a variation of roles. I have earned the respect of the management teams in all the places i have worked. who have taken there time to develop me and give me the required skills to successfully achieve the goals of each different role. I feel it is important to self-develop and often seek new challenges within the workplace and my personal life. After nearly 10 successful years as a Butcher, I feel it is time for a new challenge and aspire to take my skills and training to a new company, and hopefully a new country where I will be given the opportunity to further develop my management skills and myself. While working for Stewart and Co fine food i was an integral part to the redevelopment of the company, I helped the transition from a butchery and fine food cafe into a Bistro/Restaurant. I worked in all areas including front of house, kitchen, deli, and office work. While there I have helped manage numerous staff during high volumes of customers. I provided the staff guidance and structure during a difficult and unknown transition. Since leaving Stewart and Co fine food i have worked for several butchers and gained a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the meat industry ranging from high end retail to supplying some of the most prestigious restaurants in London. I'm Currently working for Hook And Cleaver which is a high class traditional butchers in west London, We focus on high quality free range meat.
