About Steven Washer

When you’re the one who’s supposed to create effective marketing videos for an organization that operates according to values other than those being lauded in your videos, you’re taking a rather unwarranted risk. Especially if the CEO is the face of your brand. The thing is, video amplifies your values, your personality and your value proposition. When the energies of those 3 items clash, when image doesn’t meet reality, that company has a problem that more of the same kind of marketing isn’t going to fix.But what would happen if the people you would like to reach truly saw the value they would receive from your company and the way they would be treated if they gave you their business? And then what if that’s what actually happened? That business would enjoy less pain and more consistent growth. That’s the promise of using the video tool intelligently in today’s business environment. It’s so powerful that when you get this firing on all cylinders, you can use video to reverse the sales process itself. Instead of chasing customers, you attract them. Your video assets, unlike other advertising, consistently increase in value, pushing your ROI up every year. You don’t have to be a video genius to make genius content. In a matter of weeks you can learn how to create simple, elegant, consistent, worthwhile and attractive videos on a budget – and keep it all in-house.
