I am a partner in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team of Walkers, Bermuda, and local head of the Trust Disputes team. I have practiced as a commercial and chancery litigation lawyer and advocate for over 22 years. I am a fellow of INSOL International and also of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. My practice focusses on commercial disputes, particularly contentious insolvency and restructuring, asset tracing and enforcement, trust disputes, and director and shareholder disputes. I have significant experience of complex, high value litigation in both the UK and Bermuda, often with a strong multi-jurisdictional element. I have acted for liquidators, receivers, companies, financial institutions, a wide range of creditors, trustees, protectors, and beneficiaries as well as individuals.
