Serving as Director of Operations for our locations in Oregon, Washington and South Carolina my focus is centered around building a safety first culture while developing teams and implementing sustainable strategies than can deliver continuous growth and operational excellence to the business. In prior roles I have helped to guide high performing supply chain teams through the delivery of more than $20 million in cost savings while improving profit margin while also reducing inventory values and improving TWC. I’ve led the development and implementation of multiple DCMA approved business systems for both a Certified Purchasing System and for Government Property System Management. These successes stem from a deep understanding of operations, global sourcing strategies, commodities based management and government regulations including full compliance with FARs and DFARs while ensuring that the business can remain focused on its strategic goals and the team's production efforts can operate without interruption. My approach integrates a six-sigma based continuous process improvement mindset with sharp attention to our people's well-being, manufacturing efficiency and overall quality so that I can deliver value to the business and create industry advantages while building upon the reputation for excellence. With a focal point on developing and empowering people while leading cross-functional teams, I pride myself on helping to creating a culture of collaboration that thrives on overcoming challenges to drive strategic advancements in the defense, aerospace, automotive, maritime, and commercial industrial marketplaces.
