I have an expansive and diverse background that includes management, technical, creative, staff development, sales, and HR employee relations. These experiences make me a leader that is focused on task completion, with an emphasis on training my staff to better succeed and advance. In my career, I have received multiple recognitions and awards from review groups, peers, and upper level management. I believe in leading by example, knowing and being able to perform any task that I expect the staff to know; I believe in teaching the staff above thier current position to stimulate growth interest and possible succession plans; I believe in customer service, and providing the guest/client/patron with the best and most honest service interaction possible; I believe in discretion and finding teachable moments; and I believe that we succeed as a team. I am looking for an opportunity to combine my past experiences while simultaneously learning new skills. I want to hone what I know and add to that base knowledge with new opportunities.
