I have a strong operational background with particular depth in Business Management, Quality programs, production and cost control as well as: • Project management from development through execution • Ensuring health and safety is the corner stone in all that we do • Detailed operational, project and financial planning and execution of the ‘Plan’ • Designing and implementing quality and production programs • Strategic business planning and development including market and competitor analysis. • Preparing and executing multimillion-dollar annual budgets and projects. • Maximizing Interpersonal Relationships - subordinate to executive levels both internal and external. I have a broad spectrum of technical and management experience. I believe these experiences have provided me with invaluable insight into the leadership and management of dynamic groups.
