Completed a highly successful career as an Army Non-Commissioned Officer that encompassed extensive experience in leadership, mission execution, resource management, policy development, unit administration, relationship building, operational planning, and personal communication • Successfully trained, counseled, and evaluated over 2500 Ranger candidates in a three year period developing their skills, will, and confidence to lead small units in combat • Developed and executed a curriculum that consisted of over 300 required Mobilization Training tasks to over Kentucky National Guard Soldiers deploying overseas • Trained, mentored, and developed over 30 military instructors to be able to train and evaluate Soldiers on individual and leader tasks necessary to complete their missions and increase their survivability • Experienced and participated in historically significant military operations as well as traveling and residing in over 34 foreign countries across the globe • Experienced in substitute teaching at levels from pre-school to high school including multiple subjects • Certified through Troops to Teachers to teach Social Studies grades 5 through 12 in Kentucky
