Consultancy and NED experience for clients developing business within fmcg and also in Russia. Project sponsorship and project management. Opening markets, building brands, planning and establishing distribution and sales structures. Control of sales and distribution target delivery. Also deeply involved in acquisition and integration of factories into existing supply network plus support of greenfield development.
