I have recently joined Knight Dragon as Chief of Staff. The £8.4 billion regeneration of the Greenwich Peninsula will have new homes, new jobs and 7 diverse new neighbourhoods. With a leading-edge digital media University Ravensbourne, a new Design District and the Tide an elevated garden walk way by the Thames. My previous role as Development Director at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield, I was responsible for the delivery of the £1.5bn regeneration project which will transform Croydon’s two main shopping centres into the retail and leisure destination of South London. In June 2018, my role enlarged and I was appointed Development Director for Stratford City to deliver wider master plan schemes working with key stakeholders. Over 25 years’ experience working across property development, investment and management and for the past 10 years has been focussed specifically on regeneration projects in Croydon and Wandsworth, The Ram brewery. Honours degree in Estate Management, is MRICS accredited and is a Board Member of the Croydon Business Improvement District and a founder member of Develop Croydon.
