With over 10 years’ experience in SAP and IT in general, I can comfortably: • Design SAP systems landscape based on the SAP Technical Strategy • Install, configure and maintain S/4HANA systems • Install, configure and maintain SAP HANA databases • Install, configure and maintain multiple SAP landscapes - ECC 6.0, Solution Manager, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, SAP EP, SAP Fiori, SAP GRC and SAP Utilities Customers E- Services (UCES) • Perform SAP systems technical upgrades e.g. from SAP R3 to SAP ECC 6, EHP 7 • Advise on technical approach for all systems integrating to SAP • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Evaluate, download and apply latest Enhancement/support pack stacks to SAP systems • Provide ECC Support with a strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Windows and UNIX infrastructure dependencies • Perform SAP systems Unicode conversion • Manage data center, Operating Systems and database migration • Ensure sufficient memory and disk space is available (Capacity and Demand Management) • Perform backups, system refreshes and client copies of all SAP systems • Provide operations support, including but not limited to transport administration, printer administration, user accounts, authorization and license audit. • Provide off hours and on-call support • Perform system tuning for optimal performance • Monitor critical risks in SAP systems and work with risk owners to remediate or mitigate risks. • Perform tasks to ensure that user accounts are updated with accurate information and actively being used • Assist in disaster recovery planning, testing, and process implementation (Availability Management) • Provide support to internal and external auditors and execute immediate remediation plans • Prioritizes work based on deep understanding of business priorities • Communicate the status of activities with a team, management and end-users
