About Stevencia Estime

I am a creative strategist and storyteller who builds meaningful connections between people, ideas, and purpose. I bring a strong foundation in media production, project management, and community engagement, and I lead with clarity, empathy, and intention. As a first-generation Haitian-American college graduate, I learned to navigate unfamiliar spaces with resilience, creativity, and care. I supported students, led programs, organized events, and built teams that helped others feel seen and empowered. I believe in showing up with compassion and creating space for people to thrive. I have found joy in building platforms that help people and stories shine. My background spans creative development, project management, social media strategy, and event logistics, all grounded in curiosity, strategic thinking, and empathy. I have led festival operations, initiated county-wide movements, and developed systems that transform ideas into tangible outcomes. I enjoy working on projects that center people, tell meaningful stories, and create long-term impact. I’m passionate about designing inclusive spaces and data-informed tools that inspire and empower. I’m excited by opportunities that center diverse voices and unlock creativity. If you're building something bold, people-centered, and grounded in purpose, I'd love to connect.
