About Stevie Eberle

As the Executive Director of Stanford BioSci Careers, I have over two decades of experience in leading, educating, managing, and strategic planning in higher education, nonprofit, psychology, and business. I am passionate about building a career community for bioscientists in the schools of medicine, engineering, and humanities and sciences, and informing DEI strategy to decenter whiteness, heteronormativity, and privilege at the local and national level. I also serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors at the National Postdoctoral Association, where I manage and create an energetic, innovative culture for our volunteer leaders and contribute to policy development, media outreach, and strategic planning. My field of expertise includes biotechnology, consulting, counseling, education, finance, law, policy, and technology. I empower people to get out of their own way so that they may define who they are and where they want to go.
