I have over 15 years experience in change activities, from continuous improvement, through process design, to portfolio management, delivery and governance. In my most recent role, I have been leading a team of project professionals to deliver projects in a portfolios exceeding 2.5M yearly investment. My expertise in change is underpinned by a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a strong passion for people as well as operational excellence. Whether it's steering multi-disciplinary teams, implementing new governance tools, delivering regulatory compliance or managing stakeholder communication at board level, I thrive on delivering a professional and trusted service to customers and business stakeholders whilst making sure my team are supported and celebrated for their achievements. Key achievements include: • Consumer Duty Programme: Delivered a high-impact FCA compliance strategy for British Gas Services, earning accolades for controlling and executing a complex, ambiguous project. • Net Zero Digital Capabilities: Designed processes for electric vehicle and air-source heat pump installations, advancing sustainability initiatives. • Continuous Improvement: Developed and mentored green belt candidates, embedding a culture of innovation and efficiency. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. Outside of work, I like to volunteer, I have supported the Bookmark Charity, helping children in developing literacy skills, and previously chaired a school fundraising committee.
