As a business coach with a real passion for the financial services industry, I’m here to play in the innovation space and help accountants, financial advisors, and brokers unlock their potential. My journey kicked off with a love for tech, which has really shaped how I coach and consult and I've been able to devote my full attention to understanding the unique hurdles faced by those in the advisory space. As the founder of Audere Coaching & Consulting, I offer personalised coaching and programs to practice owners - typically accountants, advisers and brokers - and their teams. My aim is to inspire financial professionals to embrace change, harness technology, and put efficient systems in place that boost client engagement and build long-lasting relationships. Love Financial is an extension of that journey. It's about exploring innovative ways of providing risk advice via a general advice model underpinned by a strong compliance framework and tech. Currently, 78% of advice firms write little or no risk, and 2/3 of clients seeking cover don't get it. Love Financial is about providing a means to access high-quality insurance cover quickly and with less hassle, thereby assisting in addressing ongoing supply issues within the industry. Back in 2014, I wrote "Finnovation: How the Great Advice Businesses of Today Will Serve the Clients of Tomorrow." It dives into how tech meets financial services and mirrors my belief that innovation is the key to success in our field. It underscores the need to adapt to client needs in our ever-evolving market.
