I am a passionate 3rd generation contractor, journeyman level carpenter. Now in my 14th year in the construction industry, I started my career in the residential sector remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and all types of flooring. During the Great Recession I saw the opportunity to expand my skill sets to include: full residential and commercial remodeling and tenant improvements, working with numerous real estate investors on various types of projects, project superintendent for ground up retail/ tenant improvement/ custom home construction. Some of my clients have included: Coach, Michael Kors, Dutch Bros Coffee, Hollister, Nine West, Colorado State University (CSU), William Lyons Homes, Firebird, Provincial Store Fixtures, Neiman Marcus, and more. New technology in construction is an amazing gift and I have experience with MS Office, MS Project, ProCore, PlanSwift, Quickbooks. Born and raised in Arizona but lived in Guatemala for 2 years learning Spanish and learning the culture. I am exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced with the full project life cycle from beginning to end. This includes: lead generation and relationship building, estimation both from project drawings and onsite project inspecting and measuring, sales, subcontractor bidding and scope of work, contract management, budget management, CPM schedule creation and daily/ weekly maintenance, site safety inspections and subcontractor safety meeting implementation, conduct coordination meetings with owner/ architect/ engineer/ general contractor/ sub contractors, site inspections, project management, project progress reporting (daily, weekly, photos, etc), oversee owners material deliveries, managing and mentoring of personnel, quality control of installations, understanding and identifying material or installation discrepancies and developing a plan of action. I have successfully completed hundreds of remodels and have been part of dozens of new builds.
