With a drive to remain impactful and continuously making the world a better place, I constantly look for new ways to grow personally and professionally. As an experienced workforce planner and analyst with +15 years in the insurance industry, I have produced visible results over the years, adding value to organizations, colleagues and clients. With a mind for optimization, I'm effective at extracting max value from resources and have proved successful in- Minimizing risk - Improving process acceleration - Increasing data accuracy - Employee and Customer/Client satisfaction - Big Data / Ad hoc Data Analysis I would describe myself as a positive person, open-minded and always willing to learn. I thrive in an international setting and highly value the social aspects in an organization. Furthermore, teamwork and being part of a group has always been a massive source of motivation for me. We inspire each other, learn from each other and achieve goals - together. Equally so, I am also able to perform effectively as an individual - and have always enjoyed taking on responsibility and new challenges. On a more personal level, I'm an adventurous soul, curious about life and the diversity in people. I find a lot of joy in exploring the world, traveling, sharing and creating new memories with a constant thirst for new knowledge. Most recently, I have taken up a hobby of video editing, which has become a way for me to document and express my travels in a very visual way. Apart from that, sports take up a good chuck of my free time!
