I act inspirational and entrepreneurial with comprehensive experience in change and growth that intersects strategy, innovation policy, marketing and effective management throughout an organization by balancing Profit–People–Planet as a core guiding principle. Over the past years I've had multiple roles both within companies and as an entrepreneur. Always sales-driven with a firm background in tech. My core competences are setting up new businesses, strategically growing and redefining (digital) strategies. I'm skilled improving existing businesses and fine-tuning operating models, as well as developing new opportunities on both strategical and tactical level. I'm a technology enthusiast and actively follow new trends and technologies. As a "hands-on" guy and networker I love to be in touch and collaborate actively with customers and colleagues as collaborating with all stakeholders in the entire eco-system leads to the best results.
